The Chinese International Search and Rescue Team received an intensive
follow up
training course in Beijing, carried out by Mr. Charlie McClung
of South Africa.
Organised by ICET with sponsorship from the Dutch
Government, CISAR are in even better
shape to handle the task of urban
search and rescue, which is their purpose. The
course consisted on
Command and Control Training, practical instruction in rescue
techniques
and the use of specialist equipment. Eagle and ICET look forward to
